About Obsidian Lab
Operators first. Builders always.
We built Obsidian Lab because we ran gaming operations on other people's platforms and hated the trade: extractive billing, locked contracts, and support queues that treat operators like tickets. So we built the stack we wished existed — and proved it in production before selling it to anyone.
The People
The humans behind the stack.

The Story
Proof before pitch.
Before Obsidian Lab sold a single license, our stack was running real B2C traffic — live players, live payments, live compliance obligations. BoomLink.mobi remains our public proof-of-concept: the same infrastructure clients launch on, operating in production conditions.
That operating history is why the platform feels different. Every feature exists because a real operator — us — needed it at 2 a.m. Every economic term exists because we know which fees kill operators, and we refuse to charge them.
Today the team spans platform engineering, game development, land-based hardware, and compliance — US-based, senior, and directly reachable by every client.
- What we believe
- Providers should only earn when operators earn
- No lock-in — retention through excellence
- Compliance is engineering, not paperwork
- Client data is sacred: director-level clearance only
- Mobile-first is not a slogan, it's the default
