Who at Obsidian Lab can see our data?
Director-level clearance, access logging, and the controls protecting client data.
Production client data is not accessible to Obsidian Lab staff without director-level clearance. Access is role-restricted, individually granted, logged, and periodically reviewed.
Client environments are isolated from one another, with encryption in transit and at rest as baseline. Access logs are available to clients on request.
This is a deliberate structural control: your player data and your business metrics are yours. Our staff see them only when supporting you requires it, under recorded authorization.
