Getting Started
What does a typical launch timeline look like?
From signed agreement to live players: the phases, who does what, and where time actually goes.
A turnkey launch moves through four phases: scoping (1–2 weeks), configuration and branding (2–4 weeks), integration and certification (varies by jurisdiction), and controlled go-live.
The critical path is almost always external: payment provider onboarding and jurisdiction requirements. We parallelize everything we control — platform configuration, lobby design, and content activation happen while third-party approvals process.
Your side of the work: brand assets, legal entity readiness, and marketing plan. Our launch team runs a shared checklist with named owners and dates from day one.
